Background: The urban living labs is a physical or virtual space that seeks to overcome the challenges of the transitional period towards sustainability by bringing together different stakeholders for cooperation and collective ideation.<br />Objectives: Despite the fact that in recent years, it has been highly paid attention to by policymakers, planners, researchers and executive officials of cities, but still its nature, dimensions, principles, goals, components and framework are still unknown. It is somewhat unclear. Based on this, the current research seeks to cover this gap by using the meta-analysis method.<br />Method: Qualitative methodology and basic text technique of meta-analysis have been used. In the initial review, 722 sources were found, of which 58 were excluded based on the title. Abstracts of 664 sources were reviewed and 428 of them were removed from the research process. As a result, 236 sources were fully reviewed and 193 of them were rejected in terms of content and quality. Finally, 43 articles were selected for final analysis.<br />Result: Based on the time analysis, the trend of research resources is on the rise, reaching its peak in 2021-2022, and magazines such as Technology Innovation Management Review, Sustainability Quarterly, and Cleaner Production Quarterly are very active in this field. In terms of research model, the share of content analysis, systematic literature review, descriptive-analytical, comparative and exploratory is equal to 14, 11, 23, 27 and 25% respectively. The research pattern of most of the sources is comparative and exploratory, and in total, 52% of the sources have been allocated to themselves.<br />Conclusion: 51 codes related to the unique characteristics of urban living labs were extracted in 12 categories including historical period, dimensions, components, background factors, goals, principles, process, actors, typology, challenges, consequences and application stages of the final solution have been classified, which make up the theoretical model of urban living labs.

The increase in size and population and the spatial elements of cities has caused physical-spatial complications in cities, so that it is hardly possible to understand urban relations and to know the main structure of cities and their morphology based on the analysis of all the city components. Analyzing the spatial structure of cities needs methods that can respond to these complexities. Among the theories and methods that study the structure and configuration of urban space is the theory of space syntax. Spatial integration as a spatial value in the analysis of the spatial structure of cities is a concept developed based on the method of space syntax. <br /><br />In this article, using the spatial structure analysis method, the existing spatial structure of Bandar Abbas city has been explored as a case study. The research carried out shows that the growth and expansion of the city in different directions and the expansion of the physical extent of the city has caused many changes in the spatial configuration of city, which is necessary for effective methods and techniques in solving the problems. One of these methods is the method of space syntax, the use of which will be very effective in understanding the complexities of the physical structure of city and the pathology of the spatial structure of localities. Just as the improvement of underdeveloped urban neighborhoods, without an accurate understanding of the spatial structure of the neighborhoods in relation to the structure of the metropolis, will cause the project to fail, the ability to be lost, and the neighborhood to become more isolated, the analysis shows that it is not possible to Revival of spatial structure and separation of all tissues suggested a solution; Because the problem of some of these tissues is not internal and is the result of the lack of proper structural connection between the tissue and the city. Therefore, it is necessary to know the structure and spatial organization of urban tissues in relation to the structure of cities, and the use of space layout method in the analysis and predictions of designers will be useful.

Considering the importance of freeways in connecting urban settlements and their role as the country's main road transportation infrastructure in the development of settlements, a new risk-based modeling for optimal decision-making about the choice of construction and operation strategy - Pickup from freeways inside the country is provided. Maximizing the net present value of the profit for the general society is the function of the main goal. Here, the net present value of freeway projects is determined according to the project's income flow and costs as a criterion for choosing a public-private or traditional strategy. The freeway factors affecting the model include the length and number of freeway lanes, duration of private sector participation, elasticity of demand, traffic volume ceiling, annual inflation rate, annual traffic volume and peak hours for parallel axes, toll avoidance percentage, annual toll rate, interest rate Without annual risk, the annual discount rate of the public and private sectors, the economic growth and the annual population of the country, the economic growth and the population of the two provinces that are connected by the freeway. The amount of increase in duty rates, loans and private sector taxes are considered. The volume of demand for traffic during the operation of freeways as an uncertainty and the corresponding risk of income reduction is entered in the proposed model through the probability tree scenario and the genetic algorithm is used to solve it. In order to validate the proposed model, numerical studies are carried out on Khoramabad-PulZal, Qom-Markazi, PulZal-Andimeshk, Ahvaz-Bandar Imam and Isfahan West freeways in the presence and absence of uncertainty in traffic demand forecast. The results of the simulation prove the fact that the net present value of a freeway project is affected by the predicted values of the probability and intensity of the occurrence of exploitation scenarios, and on the other hand, the duration of participation is an important factor that can greatly affect the profit. The private sector and their motivation to participate should be effective and the increase of this period of time will bring maximum benefits for the private sector.

Problem statement: despite conducting some researches on the quality of urban life during more than two decades, this concept is still explained with the concepts of urban livability and urban vitality in the same meaning, and their different aspects are ignored. The quality of urban life has become one of the interesting topics for the researchers in the urban planning, and they have focused on the quality of urban life in the planned settlements, while, today, especially in the cities of developing countries, at least one third of the metropolitan population consists of the residents of informal settlements. The aim of this research is to investigate and extract the analysis indicators of the scientific texts in the field of informal settlements and to present an analytical model including the dimensions and components of the life quality in informal settlements.<br />Method: This is basic research and by using the meta-analysis method, the samples (12 valid scientific-research articles and 6 master thesis) conducted in the last decade in relation to the quality of urban life in Informal settlements were studied. The present research is classified as an applied-developmental research based on its aim to determine the desirable patterns in the field of quality of urban life in informal settlements.<br />Result: considering the findings of the current research, it can be said that as the reliability tests in more than 80% of the studies shows, we can Definity comment on the quality of the studies and their effect size. The geographical distribution of the researches conducted in the provinces of the country shows that the case studies conducted in Tehran province have the highest frequencies. The data collection methods considering the nature and methods of the research indicate that about 11% of the researches collected the required data through the survey and field methods.<br />Conclusion: The theories referring to the quality of urban life are classified into three main approaches: human approach, the spatial approach, and the sustainability approach. The main effective indicators improving the quality of urban life in informal settlements are economic index (with 9 variables)

<strong>Introduction</strong>: In the last two decades, we have seen a shift from central governments towards more horizontal modes of governance where they interact and cooperate with other parties. This change can be described as a "governance revolution" in this article. Urban strategic planning is a special management tool that encourages citizen participation in local policy decisions. Partnerships that arise from strategic urban planning are created especially for the design and management of sustainable projects for the city. Strategic planning is a management tool for several key purposes: helping the organization do a better job, focusing its energies, ensuring that members are working toward common goals, and evaluating and adjusting its direction in response to an ever-changing environment. Strategic planning is a comprehensive plan that organizations use to achieve their goals.<br /><strong>Methodology</strong>: The strategic plans consist of four 5-year plans, which have been omitted to prevent an increase in the volume of the article. This text has been compiled using a matrix structure instead of a linear structure in the program, strategies, policies, and plans to achieve the operational goals and strategic goals and finally realize the vision of Bandar Abbas city in the years of the program. In strategic planning, the program document is a set of visions, strategic and operational (or quantitative) goals, strategies, policies, and projects, all of which are organized to achieve those visions. After identifying the weaknesses, strengths, and threats and analyzing the current situation, it is time to determine strategies, policies, and plans.<br /><strong>Results</strong>: Based on the data of the matrix of internal factors and checking the final score of this matrix, the number 2.79 has been obtained. The final score of this matrix shows the average status of the internal influencing factors in Bandar Abbas. After the analysis, the factors of proper coordination and cooperation of the municipality with other institutions of the province had the highest coefficient of importance (0.09) and score (0.36). It is among the strong points, and the factor of lack of proper organization of the beach also got the highest importance coefficient (0.08) and score (0.16) among the weak points. Therefore, the total score of the internal factors is equal to 2.74. Based on the data of the matrix of external factors and checking the final score of this matrix, the number 2.74 has been obtained. The final score of this matrix is indicative of the average status of the internal influencing factors in Bandar Abbas city.<br /><strong>Discussion</strong>: This research, to formulate the strategic planning of Bandar Abbas city, has first investigated the weaknesses, strengths, opportunities, and threats through a questionnaire that citizens and interested groups participated in completing the questionnaire. So that the number of participants 350 who were selected was based on random sampling, The respondents, 81% of whom were men and 19% of whom were women, answered questions such as the level of satisfaction with services and facilities, the level of access to services, the condition of urban roads, social security and the performance of urban management. The results show the response of the citizens to the issues in Bandar Abbas city. The level of commuting facilities includes: the quality of the city roads and the quality of the public transportation system and the level of protection and utilization of the city's natural resources for the health of the citizens is at a very poor level, the level of availability of retail and wholesale services and facilities and the level of Satisfaction with recreational services and leisure spaces, the level of satisfaction with the city's infrastructure, such as water and electricity, gas, telephone, sewage, city management performance and the level of social security of the city is at a weak level, the city's ability to create a sense of Belonging and dependence, the degree of solidarity and cultural understanding between citizens, the level of educational services and educational assistance of this city is at an average level, and finally, the level of access to shopping centers and providing daily necessities is at an appropriate level.<br /><strong>Conclusion</strong>: As a result, the physical and management criteria were recognized as the most important problems of Bandar Abbas city, with scores of 5.776 and 5.277, respectively, from right to left. To develop a strategic strategy, first, a SWOT table was created, and then the final coefficient was calculated according to the assignment of the importance factor to it and also the nature of the factors. Finally, with the sum of the final coefficients of the internal and external factors, which are equal to 2 and 2.74, respectively, the IE matrix was obtained. The location of the meeting point of internal and external factors shows that with more appropriate planning and continuing the process of programs, it is possible to develop and improve performance. The expected strategies in this section are contingency strategies.
<OtherAbstract Language="FA"><strong>Introduction</strong>: In the last two decades, we have seen a shift from central governments towards more horizontal modes of governance where they interact and cooperate with other parties.
Introduction: Mental imagery has always played a central and essential role in the discussion of mental performance in cities. It is one of the primary mental events of a human being that allows him to plan, route and make decisions for the future in the city. <br />Methods: In this research, recent studies in the field of mental imagery and its surrounding topics have been analyzed based on the Prism guidelines for systematic review and meta-analysis. <br />Results: In various parts of the research, it was tried to analyze the main factors related to the field of mental image formation of cities from different points of view. Finally, after analyzing and categorizing the thoughts of many theorists, the conclusion was reached that various dimensions can have an impact on this important issue according to the environmental and contextual conditions. In total, nine main and influential dimensions including physical, cultural, functional, environmental, value, semantic, socio-political, individual, and mental dimensions were identified. The basis of its division is the frequency or the amount of repetition in the researches. <br />Discussion: Regarding the dispersion of research conducted in Iran, the highest amount of studies was in Tehran with 40%, followed by Rasht and Mashhad, which included 20% and 10% of the total volume, respectively. From Iran (English sources) in France and Germany, there is more study dispersion. In addition, in Russia, China and India, studies in the field of mind and city have increased significantly in the past years, and studies have been conducted on urban branding and mental imagery. <br />Conclusion: This research started by examining the concept of mental imagery with an emphasis on urban science, which is considered only a part of the big world of urban imagery studies. Although mental imagery is an interwoven and complex issue due to its relationship with mental elements, but this concept is quite clear that the way mental imagery is formed in the mind consists of several layers, each of which has a significant impact on each other and cannot be separated.
